Unfortunately, embroidery isn't a process best suited for making individual items. Most of the work for embroidering an order of apparel happens during setup before you actually start embroidering. Setup time for an order is the same whether it's 300 garments or 1.
To make the work cost effective to both us and our customers, we have minimums for orders.
For apparel and cap embroidery, our minimum is 12 pieces.
For single color shirt printing, our minimum is 12 pieces. Some color choices may up the minimum to 25.
At TEXEiDA we prefer to work only on garments and items we obtain from our suppliers. We use apparel and items in our embroidery, that have been tested and proven to provide quality embroidery. Embroidery machines can be fickle and sometimes eat garments. Occasionally during the embroidery process, a garment or item will be damaged. Sometimes we may experience unexpected results sewing on untested material. If we have supplied the garment or item, we have calculated a margin of error in the cost and we’ll replace it. We cannot replace garments or items we have not sold or provided, therefore we do not embroidered or print on garments provided by our clients, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Our turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Certain processes and additional services can extend this time. Please refer to our Terms + Conditions page for an in depth breakdown of these details.
